Welcome to GiftCode. By downloading, accessing, or using our application and services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use online wallet and gaming services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• One account per person unless explicitly authorized by us.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraud.

3. Wallet & Transactions

• Wallet balances represent in-app credits for use within the GiftCode platform.
• Deposits require admin approval and valid payment proof where applicable.
• Withdrawals are processed subject to verification and minimum limits set in app settings.
• We reserve the right to reverse erroneous credits or investigate suspicious activity.

4. Gift Code Games

• Gift code betting involves selecting codes and staking wallet balance on daily results.
• Official winning codes are published by the platform administrator.
• Payouts follow the multiplier and rules displayed in the app at the time of play.
• All bets are final once placed; results are determined by published outcomes only.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not: use multiple accounts to abuse promotions; manipulate payments; use bots or automated tools; harass other users; or attempt to hack or disrupt the service.

6. Bill Payment Services

Electricity and credit card bill payment features are subject to admin approval. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party billers or incorrect account details submitted by users.

7. Limitation of Liability

GiftCode is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms, fees, or game rules at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the applicable region.
